Finance Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join a successful multi-site retail business headquartered in Wales.

With 13 locations across the country and an annual turnover of £28 million, this growing company offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take on a leadership role.

• Reporting directly to the Managing Director
• Overseeing day-to-day financial operations
• Supporting a small accounts team (2 staff members)
• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Liaising with external accountants to complete quarterly and annual returns
• Assisting with strategic financial planning and decision-making
• Will be involved in the planned software implementation to SAGE 200

• A relevant financial qualification (e.g., AAT,ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is preferred but relevant experience will be prioritised
• Proven experience in a similar role (Management Accountant or Finance Manager)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
• Experience working in a multi-site or retail environment is advantageous
