Senior Financial Controller

Due to the companies rapid growth, an enterprising IT Solutions developer in the human capital management sector has a requirement for a Senior Finance Person to join their growing accounts team.

The company has significant investment behind it which has enabled the development of a truly market leading solution. There are options for both small and large customers in both the private and public sectors.

The current team of 35 staff members are committed to the success of the business where there is a "can do" team spirit.

A competent finance team is currently headed up by a part time Finance Director with extensive experience. 

Our planned rapid growth requires that we now put in place a Senior Finance Person reporting to the Managing Director and helping to steer the company forwards with its strategy.

• Responsible for all systems and work necessary to produce accurate and timely monthly accounts.
• Working knowledge of Sage.
• SaaS sector experience desired but not essential.
• Leading other managers in the budgeting and forecasting aspects of the business and the continual review of these.
• Cash Management and Banking Relationships.
• Due regard to statutory requirements filings and tax accounting.
• Cost controls and efficiencies.
• Company insurances, car fleet management, etc.
• Ad-hoc tasks that may arise in a dynamic environment.
